- Once you receive my application, how long does it take for my Collectors' Club Kit to arrive?
Normally, it takes two (2) to four (4) weeks...unless the post office goes on strike and we hafta hand deliver 'em on The Boyds Company Moped!
- What do I do if I don't get my kit within that time period?
Come down to Boyds and form a "Slow Pokes" Picket Line. No, seriously, folks...if you ordered through your store, go back to the store and ask if your application has been sent in to Boyds. Or, perhaps, you sent us Monopoly Money instead of a proper form of payment - we can't process your application without it.
- What's included in my F.o.B. membership?
In addition to yer kit pieces, you will receive
 An online newsletter, the best way to get Boyds facts!
Privileges to the F.o.B. section of our website (during the calendar year of your membership)
