Does Boyds have a repair service?
No, Boyds does not have a repair service. If your dog ate one of your critters (happens all the time!), you can search on the internet under "bear repair" to find someone who can help you get yer critter fixed.

If you broke a waterglobe, you can search under "snow globe repair" on the internet...and buy yourself a mop!
If you need to fix a resin piece, we recommend "Tacky Glue" and steady hands!
Does Boyds give out secondary values?
No, Boyds doesn't give out secondary values. Bangzoom Press has been licensed to print the Boyds Tracker. You can contact them at 800-589-7333, extension 108, or log onto their website at www.Bangzoom.com to order.
How do I clean my critters?
Check out the "Carin' For Yer Critters" section of our website for information on keeping your bears and friends (both resin and plush!) looking happy and clean!
Sumptin's just not right with the Boyds piece I just purchased. What can I do?
Please take yer piece (with the receipt) back to the store for an exchange. If it's just a simple case of a missing piece, ask if the store has a replacement part.
